The Amazon Merchant Token ID is an important identification number for Amazon Sellers. It’s a way for Amazon to be able to uniquely identify each one of its third-party sellers, allowing you to be able to access Amazon’s extensive Marketplace Web Service (MWS).

This ID is vital to your operations because it allows you to use Amazon’s services and allows you to create unique URLs for your products. But how do you find it.

Your Amazon Seller ID is a string of letters and/or numbers that can be found in the URL for your products, or your storefront. You can log into your Amazon Seller Central account to view your Seller ID.

A Merchant ID or Seller ID is a publicly available ID number that identifies your storefront and products you sell on Amazon. A Merchant Token is a private ID number, essentially an API key, used to connect with Amazon MWS apps.

A Merchant ID, also called a Seller ID, is a string of numbers usually found in the URL for your products, or your storefront. This ID may be required to sign up for services offered by Amazon, or to create special URLs to your Amazon products.

Don’t worry about this – there’s no harm caused by someone knowing your Merchant ID. The quickest way to find your Merchant ID is to go to your Amazon storefront URL.

Account holders are notified before file deletion.

In my case, Amazon knows so much about me due to my purchases, I wanted to delete my current account and create a new one just so they don’t have so much private data about me.

Amazon’s account deletion process isn’t easy to figure out, but we’re going to show you how to delete your Amazon account. Before you distance yourself from Amazon altogether, there are a few things you need to know about deleting your Amazon account.

Any balance on your Amazon account vanishes the moment you delete it, because balances are tied to the account. You can’t ask for a gift card voucher either.

You won’t be able to re-download eBooks, videos, digital software, music, games or other digital content you own. If you’re an Audible listener, Kindle reader, or you use Amazon Pay on other sites, these options won’t be available when you delete the account.

All your customer data such as buyer reviews, any photos you uploaded to Amazon, and discussion posts will also be removed. You’ll also lose your Amazon Prime account because there’s no way to order via Prime once the main Amazon account is deleted.
