When we are confronted with an uncomfortable truth, what do we do with it. We may have been trained to think a certain way about things, but if we have a heart to serve God and follow Him, we need to make allowances for correction or redirection in how we think, speak, and act.

According to the Bible, our battle is not physical but spiritual, so if we negate the enemy’s influence in the earth, we’ve already half lost the battle. That’s why God’s Word says that His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

Let’s level the playing field and put the believers back on the seat of authority over the enemy as successful overcomers in Christ. Have you ever heard the phrase ‘the devil made me do it,’ or ‘his/her devils got to him/her.

But what do these words really mean. What are people trying to convey in those clichés.

These phrases are thrown out there as if a generic acknowledgment of an invisible force is all that is needed and that we need to quietly move on. Let’s take some of these thoughts and break them down.

Is it possible that many are willfully ignorant of the spiritual battleground. That could be due to our denominational upbringing or a sin called ‘fear of evil.’ However, being born again requires we live by the standards of the Kingdom of Heaven.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. Hosea 4:6 KJV In light of what Hosea says, what is realistic here.

Rather, study your Bible, and He will keep you from Luciferian deception. Being willingly ignorant or holding onto teachings that misrepresent His mind and ways will deceive you that God is rejecting you.

If we rely solely on our human physical experiences and knowledge, we will be deceived even as Christians. Long-term deception leads to territory gained by the enemy.

There are MANY occultic voices, teachings, and powerful experiences going on in the world. These encounters are becoming more prevalent and accepted as a new normal.

He is going to unify many of them together in a false peace, and it will tempt even the very elect to compete for the glory only God deserves. The temptation is massive, and it’s coming in many forms, but the Good News has always been straightforward for believers, as found in 1 John.

for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 1 John 3:8-9 KJV Believers (not political Christians) are all God has in the earth.

He used a donkey and pigs once to demonstrate His ministry, but He prefers humans. We must be about the Father’s business, in the name of Jesus Christ, to destroy the works the devil is doing.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved.

And these signs shall follow them that believe. In my name shall they cast out devils.

They shall take up serpents. and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them.

… And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

The devil’s core plan is to separate everyone (unbelievers as well as believers) from God. We must do the opposite and bring people to God through the message of reconciliation.

We must be bringing healing and miracles. Spiritual problems require spiritual solutions.

But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom.

9 To another faith by the same Spirit. to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit.

to another prophecy. to another discerning of spirits.

to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. 1 Corinthians 12:7-11 KJV Be encouraged that any of the nine gifts are available to destroy the works of the devil.

Scripture says to desire the best gift. In other words, if someone is before you in need, which of the nine gifts do they need the most.

Have you received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit since you believed in God. He is the power of God in the earth to make sense of the invisible kingdom affecting us all.

His rage we can endure, For lo. his doom is sure, One little word shall fell him.

The Spirit and the gifts are ours Through Him who with us sideth: Let goods and kindred go, This mortal life also. The body they may kill: God’s truth abideth still, His Kingdom is forever.

The Bible says we need to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
