When we are confronted with an uncomfortable truth, what do we do with it. We may have been trained to think a certain way about things, but if we have a heart to serve God and follow Him, we need to make allowances for correction or redirection in how we think, speak, and act.

According to the Bible, our battle is not physical but spiritual, so if we negate the enemy’s influence in the earth, we’ve already half lost the battle. That’s why God’s Word says that His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

Let’s level the playing field and put the believers back on the seat of authority over the enemy as successful overcomers in Christ. Have you ever heard the phrase ‘the devil made me do it,’ or ‘his/her devils got to him/her.

But what do these words really mean. What are people trying to convey in those clichés.

These phrases are thrown out there as if a generic acknowledgment of an invisible force is all that is needed and that we need to quietly move on. Let’s take some of these thoughts and break them down.

Is it possible that many are willfully ignorant of the spiritual battleground. That could be due to our denominational upbringing or a sin called ‘fear of evil.’.

We are held responsible to execute faith and prayer in the earth against Lucifer’s kingdom.

Hosea 4:6 KJV. In light of what Hosea says, what is realistic here.

Rather, study your Bible, and He will keep you from Luciferian deception. Being willingly ignorant or holding onto teachings that misrepresent His mind and ways will deceive you that God is rejecting you.

God is a Spirit, and we must go through life interacting with Him as a human spirit made in His image. If we rely solely on our human physical experiences and knowledge, we will be deceived even as Christians.

Discerning deception is not that difficult if you comb through the Word of God for solutions. There are MANY occultic voices, teachings, and powerful experiences going on in the world.

In the last 100+ years, Lucifer has rapidly synchronized many religions of the world together.

The temptation is massive, and it’s coming in many forms, but the Good News has always been straightforward for believers, as found in 1 John. He that committeth sin is of the devil.

For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin.

1 John 3:8-9 KJV. Believers (not political Christians) are all God has in the earth.

He used a donkey and pigs once to demonstrate His ministry, but He prefers humans. We must be about the Father’s business, in the name of Jesus Christ, to destroy the works the devil is doing.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved.

And these signs shall follow them that believe. In my name shall they cast out devils.

They shall take up serpents. and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them.

… And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

So, what is the devil really making people do. The devil’s core plan is to separate everyone (unbelievers as well as believers) from God.

Lucifer uses spirits of infirmity and Pharmacia to diminish the effectiveness of God’s people.

Spiritual problems require spiritual solutions. The Spirit can lead those that believe in doing any of the nine gifts of the Spirit.

But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom.

9 To another faith by the same Spirit. to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit.

to another prophecy. to another discerning of spirits.

to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. 1 Corinthians 12:7-11 KJV.

Make yourself available to the Holy Spirit to operate in ANY of the nine gifts of the Spirit. Scripture says to desire the best gift.

Stir up the gift of God in you and make yourself available to the Holy Spirit.

He is the power of God in the earth to make sense of the invisible kingdom affecting us all. These stanzas from a 15th-century hymn by Martin Luther exhort us to overcome evil with God’s goodness and power working through us:

Should threaten to undo us,. We will not fear, for God hath willed.

The Prince of Darkness grim,. We tremble not for him.

His rage we can endure,. For lo.

One little word shall fell him. That word above all earthly powers,.

The Spirit and the gifts are ours. Through Him who with us sideth:

This mortal life also.

God’s truth abideth still,. His Kingdom is forever.

And this house will become a heap of ruins. everyone who passes by will be astonished and hiss and say, ‘Why has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house.

But transgressors will be altogether destroyed. The posterity of the wicked will be cut off.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away. “There is no peace,” says my God, “for the wicked.”.
