It offers tons of different printing and copying services, such as color copying, black and white copying, digital printing and book printing. Prescriptions and health and beauty supplies aren’t the only things you can get at your local CVS store.

You can copy and print documents or digital files at KODAK Picture Kiosks at CVS. You can also make copies of digital documents from USB devices, which is super convenient.

Here’s how much it costs to make copies at CVS pharmacies: CVS isn’t the cheapest place to get copies made, but it does have a lot of locations that offer copying services, so it’s definitely one of the more convenient options.

You may be surprised, but those businesses offer more than taking your Amazon returns and holiday gifts you’re sending. They also provide office services that may appeal to anyone trying to print a document before heading into work or school.

The UPS Store, for example, has more than 5,000 locations across the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada, and most of them offer copy and print services. According to their website, The UPS Store provides copies, printouts in black and white or color, single-sided or double-sided printing, multiple page sizes, and even lamination and binding for those that need an excellent report or essay.

Once you’ve submitted your file, you get an estimated time (for smaller documents, this seems to be pretty short), and you can go pick it up from the store when you’re ready. The prices were pretty competitive in our testing, giving us a color print for around 40 cents per page and a black-and-white document for 15 cents per page.

UPS offers many document file types for printing, including PDF,.doc,.jpeg, and even Photoshop and Illustrator documents. FedEx offers services with their “FedEx Office” stores, formerly known as “Kinko’s,” which compete directly with “The UPS Store.” There are fewer FedEx Office locations globally, with FedEx’s website saying there are over 2,000 locations throughout the United States and abroad.

Documents can be picked up or shipped to your location, though sending them adds more cost. Uploading documents to FedEx is easy, with support for multiple file types and even the option to upload straight from a cloud document service like “Google Drive” or “Dropbox.” If there’s one downside to using their service, it’s the price.

Regardless, It may vary depending on your location and competition. Call your FedEx Office store for pricing information.

If there’s a FedEx near you but not a UPS store, the decision is made for you anyway. Those are the two big-name stores, but you’ll still want to look around to see if you can find a locally-owned shipping company that may also offer printing and copying services.

Ordinarily, these services are reserved for the people who live there. However, the staff (at hotels in particular) are often delighted to let someone come in off the street with a quick print job in response to a polite request.

It never hurts to ask.

Though stores like “Office Depot,” “OfficeMax” (which is owned by Office Depot), and “Staples” exist to sell paper, printers, and other similar printing materials, they offer all sorts of printing options for you to use at your disposal.

Mobile apps for Android are so numerous and varied that it’s possible these days to do most of the work of a conventional office from a single handheld device. However, handhelds can’t do everything (yet),.and the limitations of a small screen can make it preferable to share or print documents to a larger format.

Android’s user base across the globe includes a fair number of device owners with older model phones and tablets or with hardware running operating systems based on older variants of the Android platform. If you’re in this position, your best bet for handling standard documents is Google Cloud Print.

For initial capturing of your documents, Google Drive for Android has its own in-built scanning tool. You can activate this by tapping the plus icon on the app’s front screen then choosing Scan.

This software would typically have its own unique procedure for linking up with your Android system.

Beginning with devices running Android 8.0 Oreo or above, there’s a simpler option in the form of a standardized platform developed by a nonprofit organization called the Mopria Alliance. If you’re connected to the same Wi-Fi network as a Mopria-certified printer, the Print command in any app that offers this option will allow you to use the Mopria platform to handle your documents.

Significantly, Mopria boasts that it offers support for 97% of today’s printer and scanner manufacturers, so it’s pretty likely that your particular office hardware will be compatible with this method.

Mopria distributes a free Mopria Print Service app (from the Play Store and its own website), which extends enterprise-level printing functions to your device, such as authentication, folding, stapling, or accounting-related input.

That’s because it adds “Mopria Print” as an option to the standard Android Share command. For example, you could select a block of text from a web page or email, share it via Mopria Print, and thus print the text from your office printer.

As with the Print Service, once you install the app and give it the go-ahead, it will display your nearest available scanner or multifunction printer which is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the app. There’s a button to manually add a scanner by entering its name and IP address (usually located somewhere on the front screen menu), if your hardware doesn’t immediately appear on the list.

Finally, you can take a direct approach to scanning by using your Android device’s on-board camera. The Google Play Store offers a variety of mobile apps to assist, including the free Microsoft Office Lens.

You can simply snap a picture using your phone’s default camera app and store it in a folder you created for your scans, or you can get some specialized help.

The same problem happend to me on ET-2760 and was solved by untickinig ‘choose paper source by PDF page size’ when printing. It’s strange that the printer prints 1 side before giving an error.

The printer needs to be told the paper size and type (plain, coated, gloss, etc) from its control panel, as explained starting at the bottom of page 40 of the User Manual: On the control panel, set the size and type of the paper you loaded in the rear paper feed.
