In this challenge, the player first access a parachute at the base of the Maze Tower, it will trigger a Skylift to take the player to the top of the tower, leaving the player riding a motorcycle. The player then rides the motorcycle off the tower, and jumps from it, then parachutes to a park in Burton.

In missions of the Sumo Adversary Mode in GTA Online, players first choose cars and form two teams, each of which will try to use the cars to force the opposing team out of the designated area, in Sumo IV, the location of the designated area is at the helipad on top of Maze Bank Tower, the cars fall from the helipad will be knocked out.

Finding the price tag on Maze Bank Tower is a simple enough process. By comparing the cost of building similar skyscrapers and property prices of Los Angeles (the real-life Los Santos), a reasonable estimate on the real price of Maze Bank Tower can be found.

While single offices almost certainly have an inflated price as compared to buying the entire building, it’s safe to assume the price of each individual office goes into the total price of the tower. While there is no confirmed number of offices per story on Maze Bank Tower, by comparing the layout of offices to the exterior of the building it can be estimated that each floor has somewhere between 2-10 offices.

When considering the price of property and cars in GTA Online, $736 million for the state’s largest skyscraper and the headquarters of such a prominent bank isn’t so absurd. With the wealth of some GTA Online players, purchasing this opulent tower wouldn’t be an issue if the option was given to them.

GTA Online boasts four executive offices on its Dynasty8 real estate website. Many players wonder which of these offices would suit them and their organization the best.

If they have enough money, they can choose any of the four locations available. The prices of the executive offices in GTA Online range from $1 million to $4 million.

Maze Bank West is the executive office location that players should buy if they haven’t already started as a CEO in GTA Online. The added bonus being that it is close to the beach and also the cheapest property at only $1 million.

By buying this cheaper location, players will also save enough money to invest in larger storage warehouses for contraband. The view in the West part of the city is also not half bad.

Its location also makes it ideal for reaching some of the larger warehouses and garages, which they will need as CEO to make all their money in the game. More money means less problems, so it’s better to spend less now and make more later.

All four Executive Offices in GTA Online have similar interiors with different exterior views. Players can later customize their offices with different esthetic design options.

Some players would love to have the Lombank West Office & Garage so they can have a nicer view of the beach and the Del Perro Pier. This will cost around $3 million.

Other players might want to be surrounded by a beautiful cityscape, and are happy to spend $4 million on the Maze Bank Tower Office & Garage. This Executive Office is located in the tallest building in Los Santos.

These decisions are personal preferences of the GTA community.

It may have been more than seven years since the release of Grand Theft Auto V, but the game is still going strong. It’s the best selling video game of all time and, thanks to a string of steady updates, still has a relatively large player base.

Updated March 6, 2021, by Thomas Bowen: Where once there were only a handful of apartments scattered around the map, the world of GTA Online is now littered with different types of property. most of which will cost players a pretty penny.

The Sandy Shores Facility is an abandoned military installation on the edge of the airfield near Trevor’s home. It’s far from cheap, but due to its location, it’s one of the best facilities in the game and is definitely one worth picking up for those with funds to spare.

The Avenger, Chernobog, Khanjali Tank, RCV and the Thruster can all be stored at the facility – providing easy access for those in the North-Eastern part of the map. Thankfully, Blaine County has plenty of cheaper facilities for those operating on a budget.

They’re not quite as easy to access though, which likely explains their lower prices. The Bilgeco Warehouse is a large crate warehouse found in Los Santos International Airport.

Its South Los Santos location is incredibly convenient and its high capacity comes in very helpful when waiting for the right contraband prices to come up. It’s worth noting though that as well as the upfront cost, players will need to pay an additional $1000 per day in additional fees.

The Disused Factory Outlet over in Strawberry is around one third of the price while the small Convenience Store Lockup in Rancho is less than a tenth at $250,000. Murrieta Heights is one of the most well-positioned areas on the map and this is reflected by its high property prices.

Where it definitely comes in helpful is its ability to store up to 40 stolen cargo vehicles. When full, it can house millions of dollars worth of cars, making it a useful, albeit expensive, investment.

It’ll still set players back a cool $1.5 million, mind, but it offers all of the same perks as the Murrieta Heights warehouse at nearly half the price. This underground facility can be found in East Los Santos near the Tataviam Mountains.

Its high price and poor location make it one of the worst facilities in the game though, so players should look elsewhere unless they’ve really got nothing better to spend their money on. For less than half the price, either the Mount Gordo Facility or the Paleto Bay Facility would make for a much better alternative.

Another large crate warehouse, another huge price-tag. There’s enough space to land a buzzard outside the door for ease of access, but its South Los Santos location is less than ideal.

Given that it has the same 111 crate capacity as other large warehouses, it’s a tough sell for such a high price. Both the nearby Bilgeto Warehouse and the Xero Gas Factory are much better alternatives.

Owning an executive office is somewhat important for those looking to complete CEO work. It’s the place where cash will accumulate and can also be upgraded to provide additional services.

Given that only one executive office can be owned at a time though, many players will likely opt for a cheaper office, or the very best one available. When it comes to finding better value, the Maze Bank West Office and Garage makes for an incredibly enticing budget option.

The best part, however, is that it’s priced at only $1 million. Fort Zancudo Hangar A2 is the most expensive hangar in the game – and for good reason.

As an added bonus, this clearance also extends to fellow organization and motorcycle club members. There are cheaper hangars on the base that offer the same low level clearance, so those looking to save a bit of money might be better off looking at hangar 3497 instead.

For as useful as being able to store up to 111 crates is, the Cypress Warehouses are in something of an awkward position. both geographically and in their pricing.

Wholesale Furniture is a lot more convenient to access. not to mention more than a million dollars cheaper.

Even then, there are better options when it comes to large warehouses. The Darnel Bros Warehouse is the most expensive large warehouse in the game and definitely the most conveniently located.

Whether or not that makes it worth the investment though is definitely up for debate. Although it’s possible to own up to five warehouses, most players only tend to bother with two to avoid mission cooldown times.

As with Cypress Warehouses, Wholesale Furniture is a more than suitable alternative and is nearly half the price. If the La Mesa district is a deal-breaker though, Logistics Depot comes in at $700,000 cheaper, while the Medium sized Railyard Warehouse can be purchased for a little over a million.

Maze Bank Tower Office & Garage will set players back a cool four million dollars. If all three garages are purchased, that price rises to $6.75 million.

It’s located in the Pillbox Hill area of Downtown Los Santos placing it slap-bang in the middle of everything. Thanks to the building’s size, it’s easy to spot from miles around and there’s a helipad on the roof for ease of access.

While not quite as visually impressive, the Arcadius Business Center Office & Garage makes for a perfectly suitable alternative and, at $2,250,000, is almost half the price. Like the Maze Bank executive office, it’s in the Pillbox Hill area and also boasts a rooftop helipad.

GTA Online raises you from the streets to the boardroom in the “Further Adventures in Finance and Felony Update,” allowing you to commit crime at a greater level than ever before. We’ll take you through how to start, run and customize your Criminal Organization to your liking.

The cheapest one – the Maze Bank West building – will still cost a million dollars, and the most expensive offices are four times that. Thankfully the only difference is cosmetic, as well as where they’re placed in Los Santos (there are no offices available outside of the city).

Open your in-game phone, go to the internet, and access the internet. If the site isn’t shown on the main page, it should be under the Money and Services menu.

You can enter it the same way as an apartment, by finding the blue circle near the front doors. There should also be a rooftop entrance marked in the same way, for those who have flying vehicles.

You do this by conducting small missions to steal crates of loot and bring it back to warehouses that you own, often while avoiding rival gangs or the cops. When you want to sell, you conduct a second mission in much the same vein, driving, flying or boating the goods to a buyer while trying to avoid further attackers – including other players.

At times, you may even have to defend your warehouses from attacking NPCs who want the precious loot inside. The first thing you’ll need to do is buy a warehouse to store your stolen goods.

You’ll have a list of warehouses to buy, of two types: Special Cargo Warehouses, and Vehicles Warehouses. The game often refers to these buildings simply as “Warehouses,” designed to store the contraband you steal before selling it on.

Obviously the larger warehouses cost more because of their increased capacity, but why spend more on warehouses of the same size. If you can buy one for a quarter of a million, why spend money on a warehouse nearly twice the price.

There is a reason: Warehouses that contain crates run the risk of being attacked by NPCs, and those in safer areas tend to cost more. When you buy more expensively, you’re buying security (though there’s nowhere that’s completely safe).

Prices range from $1,500,000 to $2,850,000, and again, prices tend to reflect the safety and accessibility of the warehouse. Vehicle Warehouses also contain a special Underground Garage, in which special vehicles obtained from Warstock Cache and Carry can be stored after being purchased.

Select a warehouse, then whether you want to drive one, two or three crates there. This essentially functions as a way of choosing your difficulty, as well as the size of the reward.

Pretty simple. Once you accept the mission, you’ll be tasked to go and retrieve the vehicle that the crates are in and bring it back to the warehouse you selected.

There is a second issue – once you have the van, other players on the server are told your location, and told that blowing you up will earn them money and reputation. Be careful about avoiding other players if you don’t trust them – especially those who own harrier jets and tanks.

Retrieving vehicles is a similar process, but with one difference – the vehicle you’re driving back to the warehouse in IS the cargo, meaning that taking damage costs you money when it reaches the warehouse. There is another way to do it rather than driving, however – use a Cargobob if you have one.

Once your warehouse has crates in it, you can choose to sell some of them from the computer inside it (rather than the one from the office). The more you sell in one go, the more money you can make, and the more interference you can expect from NPCs and players as you deliver it to the buyer.

Certain factors can increase the payout: Selling vehicles is basically a similar process to acquiring them – delivering them to a certain point while minimising the damage taken, while external random factors seek to throw you off your game.

Again, we recommend using the Cargobob for maximum ease of use. While there’s no way to alter the cars you sell, those vehicles used to transport special cargo can be altered by approaching the red mechanic’s toolbox covered in blueprints.

From the CEO computer in your office you can also choose to do Special Vehicle Work, missions that unlock after a certain amount of Vehicle Cargo missions. For every four vehicles retrieved, a new Special Vehicle mission unlocks, tied into a vehicle for sale at Warstock Cache and Carry.

You can invite and hire other players to act as associates, effectively giving them $5000 every 15 minutes while they assist you in missions. You can do this by holding down the Trackpad/View Button to open the Interaction Menu, and selecting SecuroServ CEO.

If you want to change the name of your Organization, go back into the Dynasty 8 Executive site and select the office you bought. You’ll be given the choice to renovate, including adding the extras offered to you at the beginning.

u/Rickk020 successfully landed his plane on the top of Maze Bank Tower building which is a very difficult task, especially with a large aircraft such as the Titan. After watching that, one of the grievers from the lobby decided to explode his plane.

The clip demonstrates just how nosy some players are when others are going about their way. This clip got a lot of traction because most of the community has experienced a scenario where they have tried to do something without disturbing other players, only to get killed.

After watching the clip, many players from the community reacted as something similar must have happened to them too. The post received 2.4k upvotes and 176 comments, many from players who have experienced a similar scenario.

Sorry buddy, but this K/D ratio ain’t gonna increase itself.” as a cocky comment about how griefers just care about the K/D ratio in the game. This comment was felt by the community and received 328 upvotes and 19 replies.

One of the players to reply to the aforementioned comment was u/_CANZUK_, who made a sarcastic comment saying, “Just 19 more people and his kd will increase by 0.01.

Can’t you see how important that is.

😤😤😤😤”. u/_CANZUK_ pointed out how such kills don’t contribute to K/D ratios in the game and sarcastically stated that it is an important thing to do.

The Redditor seems to have been shot down quite a few times by other players while flying a non-weaponized aircraft. He never meant to be a threat to anyone while minding his own business, but griefers have often taken him down.

There is only one way to get there, and we will show you how in this quick guide.

It serves as the headquarters for Maze Bank. The tower is almost half the height of Mount Chiliad, with an altitude of 1,050ft, making it one of the best parachute locations in the game.

You cannot enter most buildings in GTA 5, and Maze Bank Tower is no exception. There is no way to get to the top of the tower from inside the building, so your only option is to steal an aircraft and fly to the top of the tower.

The blip for starting the Dom Quest can only be accessed from the top of Maze Bank tower, and the only way to get to the top of Maze Bank for Dom Quest in GTA 5 is by using a plane or helicopter to get to the top of the building.

If you choose to do the former, you cannot get a Gold Medal in Dom Quest since using cheats automatically disables achievements in GTA 5.

Here are the mission objectives: As you can see from the mission objectives, Targeted Risk can easily be completed as long as you know how to use a parachute.

Getting Gold Medal in this Dom Quest will require meeting a few more objectives.

On top of that, you’ll need to land on the moving flatbed driving along the bridge.

And luckily, there are even more properties for you to check out, from facilities that will earn you money to places to store all the various objects and vehicles you’ll earn along the way. Cost: $1,670,000.

Owning the property means having access to the Mod Shop and prices are either completely removed or have a five percent discount. You can also repair vehicles that come into the shop and return them for a nice reward.

Some customization options for the shop including choosing the style, tint, and emblem throughout the shop. The Mission Row establishment is the cheapest of the available auto shops on Maze Bank Foreclosures.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay but don’t want to spend too much upfront, the High-End Apartment 7 at Del Perro Heights is a good start. This large apartment has a big living room, open kitchen, sizable bedroom, and medium bathroom.

In terms of garage situation, you can store up to ten vehicles and three bicycles. Many of the high-end apartments land in the $200,000-400,000 range, but this property is exactly $200,000.

Those looking to go into hiding but don’t want to live in tight living spaces should love their own underground facility. Operated by the IAA, these facilities are required to be purchased in order to participate in the Doomsday Heist.

In the facility, there is a massive garage for military-grade vehicles. These facilities have many rooms, including a war room and a lounge.

Cost: $449,000. As part of the Bikers update, Grand Theft Auto Online players could become part of motorcycle clubs and purchase clubhouses for their gangs.

Cost: $995,000. If you’re interested in getting involved with Arena Wars, a set of vehicular events held at Maze Bank Arena, you’re going to need to purchase the Arena Workshop.

Each workshop has a ten-car garage that can be used to store the arena vehicles as well as normal vehicles. There’s also a weapons workshop that can be used to get an upgrade on tools needed for both Arena Wars and beyond.

Also added in the Bikers update was a Dark Net marketplace called The Open Road. Using this, motorcycle club presidents are able to purchase businesses to run illegal operations.

Each business requires a set-up mission to be completed, but then you can start managing and upgrading the business in order to keep turning a profit. Managing the business includes collecting supplies and protecting the business from raids.

The Elysian Island Nightclub is another property that is a cheap purchase but can easily turn around to be a worthwhile investment. As part of the After Hours update, you can purchase one of ten nightclubs from Tony Prince.

Setup and managing missions are a part of the experience, as well as maintaining the club’s popularity. The Elysian Island Nightclub is on the docks in southern Los Santos.

Among the newer types of properties added to GTA Online were arcades. After meeting with Lester Crest at Mirror Park, you will be able to purchase one of these arcades as part of the setup for The Diamond Casino Heist.

Cars are a main focus of Grand Theft Auto Online, but there are also many other things that you may want to store in a safe space. That’s where the normal warehouses come in.

They only become available after buying an office and you can own up to five different warehouses. If you plan on participating heavily in the Special Cargo Network, the large facility of the Darnel Bros.

Given that this place is a big part of the single-player campaign, it will be familiar to those who use it. Cost: $1,525,000.

It’s another thing to also have a hangar for any airborne vehicle. While the hangars are mainly used for storing and customizing aircraft, they also can be used for smuggling operations if you are in that business.

Upon purchasing a hangar, you will get a complimentary Cuban 800 aircraft. These huge facilities are located in two locations: Los Santos International Airport and Fort Zancudo.

Cost: $1,852,500. As mentioned earlier in this list, businesses can be incredibly profitable even if it means putting a lot of money down up-front.

There are also missions you will have to go to help the business out, which does include disrupting a Humane Labs operation. If you’re looking to invest in the best facility hoping to make a lot of cash back, the Morningwood Cocaine Lockup seems to fit perfectly.

Most of the best properties in GTA Online have potential low risk and high reward output. But sometimes, it’s fun to spend big on a property, especially when it’s the biggest building in Los Santos.
